QUALIFICATION/ SKILLS:

Coordinates and execute, under supervision of Construction / Project Manager and in agreement with the Company Policies and HSE regulations: • Knowledge in Design, construction experience in oil fields, pipelines, storage facilities, and shelters for equipment, ensure these structures can withstand extreme conditions like high pressure, corrosive environments, and seismic activity. • Collaborate with design engineers to plan and design the projects. • Supervise construction sites to ensure adherence to plans, safety standards, and timelines. • Ensure materials and construction processes meet engineering specifications and quality standards. • Supervising workers, managing equipment & materials, and maintaining safety standard • Prepare project estimates and manage budgets throughout the construction process. • Address on-site challenges such as unexpected delays, resource issues, or weather conditions. • Ensure that projects comply with codes and environmental regulations. • Coordinate with contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve smooth project execution.

Prepare reports, progress updates, and project documentation. • Support and comply with Quality, HSE, Company Policies and ISO management system documentations and implementations. • • Comply with COMPANY  health and safety policies and general site safety rules and to report any injury, near miss or potentially unsafe condition / hazard or any other occurrence which may cause injury to personnel damage to equipment or affect the local environment using the correct reporting lines.

The Position ensures that procurement processes are carried out efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Management: o Identify and source suppliers for materials, equipment, and services required for ongoing projects. o Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts and delivery duration with suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness and timely delivery. o Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are ordered in advance to avoid delays in project schedules. o Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. o Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications. o Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in all procurement activities.

• Market Research and Analysis:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
