Summery

The Tendering/ Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the oil and gas sector. The role includes gathering project requirements as per the Tender documents received, working with crossfunctional teams to design optimal solutions, and preparing accurate and compelling bids. The Proposal Engineer will ensure that all proposals meet client requirements, industry standards, and internal company procedures while remaining competitive in terms of cost and delivery timelines.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil).

• Additional qualifications in Project Management, Cost Engineering, or similar fields will be an advantage.

• Certification in Proposal Writing or related areas is a plus.

Experience

• Total 10years experience in oil & gas, power plant industries, with a Minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing proposals for EPC projects.

• Proven track record in managing the entire proposal process, from initial inquiry to submission.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, finance) to compile data for proposals.

• Familiarity with tendering procedures and contracts within the oil and gas industry.

Tools and Technologies •

Proposal management and document control software.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

• Cost estimation tools and software.
