Summery

The Procurement Officer is responsible for managing the procurement process for the Company. This role involves sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services needed for Oil and Gas projects, Power Plants.

The Position ensures that procurement processes are carried out efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Management: o Identify and source suppliers for materials, equipment, and services required for ongoing projects. o Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts and delivery duration with suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness and timely delivery. o Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are ordered in advance to avoid delays in project schedules. o Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. o Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications. o Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in all procurement activities.

• Market Research and Analysis:

 Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, new products, and market trends. o Analyze supplier performance and recommend improvements based on pricing, delivery times, and quality of goods. o Stay updated on industry developments and competitive pricing trends to support decision-making.
